Connectivity with BlueYonder/FMX Restored

The EDI connectivity issues with your trading partners that utilize the BlueYonder/FMX TMS platform have been resolved. Inbound receiving of EDI 204 data and outbound sending of EDI 990 and 214 data is once again fully functional. 

BlueYonder/FMX has identified their issue and implemented a fix on their end, and our team is currently monitoring the situation with their help desk.

Connectivity Issue Identified  

Kleinschmidt continues to experience EDI connectivity issues with your trading partners that utilize the BlueYonder/FMX TMS platform. The issue appears to be with their servers at this time.  

However, BlueYonder/FMX has identified the root cause and is working to implement a fix. This continues to impact our inbound receiving of EDI 204 data and our outbound sending of EDI 990 and 214 data. Our team is currently working the issue with their help desk with no ETA.
